Internships for first year students
For students in their first year, we have an Easter Insight programme. This one-week programme offers you the chance to gain valuable work experience and secure a place on our Summer internship programme for the following year. It will include technical training, networking events and time spent shadowing senior members of the team. As well as giving you the chance to experience the business, it also gives us the chance to spot talent at an early stage.
70% of our interns last year went on to be offered places on our graduate programmes. So if you want to get a head start, an internship is a great opportunity to do so.
