We need ambitious high performing graduates who want to grow and develop throughout their careers. To achieve and be successful, it’s important that you’re prepared to drive your own development. For our part we’ve created the perfect environment to grow. As well as a bespoke development programme which focuses on the needs of your particular business area, we’ll help you cultivate key business skills, such as team working, project management, influencing, communicating and presenting. We’ll also encourage you to gain professional qualifications.
We have a phenomenal range of learning resources, including an online portal where you can manage your development, sign up for courses and access materials that will help your development. You will also take part in our Talent Watch programme which will track your performance and potential to help you identify and build your career path.
In short, the more you push yourself forward, the more you will benefit from your time on the graduate programme – whether that’s international assignments, secondments and placements, taking part in focus groups, attending networking events/listening lunches with senior managers, mentoring new graduates or quite simply taking on extra responsibility. Probably the greater challenge is to understand how to use all these opportunities.
We encourage our people to get involved with a wide range of projects in the community including Corporate Social Responsibility and Charity work. All of which can turn out to be great learning opportunities in themselves. Many of our graduates have taken part in volunteering initiatives in the last year including The Prince’s Trust, Barnardos, Supergrounds and Fairbridge.
