UK Corporate Banking services the needs of over 15,000 corporate customers across the UK and Channel Islands with a turnover ranging from £25 million to £1 billion. Alongside our relationship staff, we have teams focused on areas such as Structured Finance and Debt Origination/Management. All of these areas are united on a single focus, delivering for our customers, and graduates on our programme become a key part of the team that ensures we do exactly that. And since its all about teamwork, you’ll get to work closely with some very experienced people across the business.
A broad base of experience
The structure of the programme will provide you with the opportunity to work with these different parts of our business ensuring you develop a range of skills. Responsibilities on our 12-month programme will vary from learning first hand how to manage long-term customer relationships, to performing financial analyses, helping to write deals and playing an active part in customer meetings. You will also learn about how we make a real impact in our market and attract new customers to the Group, whilst establishing your own network of external business contacts giving you a great insight into the success of the UKCB business.
